Lymph therapy and lipoedema
More than lymphatic massage: comprehensive swelling care
Lymph therapy is a comprehensive approach that may include manual or device-assisted lymphatic drainage, compression bandaging and movement. It helps improve lymph flow, reduce swelling and support normal lymphatic function.
The approach is chosen after assessing swelling, general health and risks. The aim is to support symptom management, movement, wellbeing and independence.
